BILLION SUNS
Annette Bruun

Oceans of a million spaces, universal lights and dark
Spaces of the many oceans, lights with an intensive spark
Galaxies with suns and moons like well known oceans, fish and whales
Far away seem life like still but in the close a billion tales
Sometimes suns are falling down as shining comets just for burn
Shining with a gorgeous tale and changed in an aspheric churn
Like a grove of lemon, orange, spots like fruit enlighten space
In a distance o’er a billion suns are smiling down with grace.

Comets, very cold by nature, are attracted by their sun
Some may keep a healthy distance as protected as a nun
Some will flee from all the heat but others are like hypnotized
Light is not enough to them as thinking they are galvanized:
For a moment be the sun and shine with the impressive pall
Soon to have the complete ‘detour’, as an ast’roid loose it all
Staying barren hanging out there or as fireball so dance
Doomed are fireballs to die - as asteroids a second chance.

Asteroids may float as couples, life in balance they may share
If a new one comes along, of balance they must be aware
Every sun and star is floating round in space without remorse
In the cosmic light be shining, following the destined course
In the cosmic shades of haze from milky ways and billion stars
Sun and moon give us the light, so earthly night don’t leave no scars
Forces of a hole of black as dangerous as burning sun
Watchthe forces and temptations - in a sec you may be gone.
